All returned or exchanged items must be made within 14 days of receipt & be in their original packaging in unworn condition. Any returned jewelry made after 14 days will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Claims for missing or damaged item in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
All returning merchandise must have a pre-issued RMA number given by one of our customer service representative, either by phone or email. Once the RMA number is issued, return package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving RMA number and shipped back to our headquarter in Los Angeles, California.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please note that we are not responsible for any return packages lost, so be sure to insure your return package.

Step by Step on How to Return a Merchandise.All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday during our hours of operation. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on select holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

Place the item being returned in its original packaging along with the completed Return Merchandise Form.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
